The 1750 sq.ft built-up area is plenty for their needs. Alok Developeis the builder. The price is around 84 Lakh. It's still under construction, with completion in December 2021. I chose this project because of the amenities like the lift(s) and the Senior Citizen Comfort Zone. Shilaj is a decent locality. My main concern is that the OC received status is not yet available, and I need assurance on that before finalizing everything. However, the proximity to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals (6.29 KM) is reassuring.
