Purchased a 2478 square feet villa in Allure One Villas. The nature-inspired design based on five elements is quite unique. I appreciate the 56% green space; it really makes the environment feel refreshing. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for us. The location in Battarahalli, Bangalore East, is decent, with Manyata Tech Park just 7 kilometeaway, which works for my commute. The mini theatre is a nice touch for family movie nights. My only small concern is the traffic getting out of Battarahalli during peak hou, it can be a bit much sometimes.

We were looking for a spacious villa and found Allure One Villas. We settled on a 2478 square feet unit. The location near Garden City Univeity is convenient. The project has good amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The Amphitheater is a nice addition for community events. However, the price point is quite high, starting from 2.71 Crore, which stretched our budget. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit of a concern for a ready-to-move property. Despite these, the overall construction quality looks good.

We finally moved into our 4 BHK villa at Allure One Villas and it feels like a dream. After yeaof renting, having our own space, especially with 3351 square feet built up, is amazing. The kids love the skating rink and the gymnasium. It’s also convenient that Samuel Public School is only 500 meteaway. The landscaping is beautiful, very green which is nice. The security feels robust with video door security. We are still exploring the entire project, but so far, it’s been a really positive experience. We are happy with the decision to upgrade here.
