We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are about 1620 to 1800 square feet. The location on Sohna Road is decent, and it's relatively close to Shubhash Chowk Bus Stop, which is useful for public transport. The building has lifts, which is a must for us, and power backup is reassuring. The construction quality seems good, and the builder, Allure Constructions, has a decent track record.
