I chose a slightly larger one, 1826 Sq.ft. The developer, Alliance Hariom Infrastructure, has included basic but essential things like 24X7 water supply and storm water drains. The area is on Wardha Road, which is a major plus for connectivity. Construction is ongoing and the completion date is February 2024. I liked the idea of building a house from scratch. The main concern for me is the lack of information about the exact pricing structure before booking, it was a bit unclear. Hoping for a smooth process ahead.
