The area is on Wardha Road, which is a major plus for connectivity. Construction is ongoing and the completion date is February 2024. I liked the idea of building a house from scratch. The main concern for me is the lack of information about the exact pricing structure before booking, it was a bit unclear. Hoping for a smooth process ahead.
