  We just bought our fit home at Alkraj Homes in Ghaziabad. It's a 3 BHK builder floor covering 950 square feet built up area. The price was around 45 Lakh, which fit our budget for a fit-time purchase. Since it is ready to move, we can plan our shifting without waiting for construction. The location in Indraprashtha Yojna seems convenient, and it's nice that Diamond Public School and Karuna Hospital are right there at nearby distance. We are excited to start this new chapter.

  We chose Alkraj Homes for our family because of its location. It's a 3 BHK builder floor, 950 square feet, and cost us 45 Lakh. The biggest advantage is having Diamond Public School literally nearby, which is perfect for our children. Karuna Hospital is also right next door. Since the property is ready to move, we didn't have to worry about waiting. Alkraj Developehas provided a decent living space in Indraprashtha Yojna. The only thing we're still figuring out is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but the convenience for school drop-offs outweighs that for now.

Being ready to move in was a huge plus for us as teache, as we needed to settle quickly. The location in Indraprashtha Yojna, Ghaziabad, is decent, with schools and hospitals very close. My only slight concern is that the nearby Shiv Vihar Metro Station is nearby, which might make commuting a bit longer than ideal on days we don't drive. Still, it's a good step up.
