I was looking for a comfortable and secure place near my office in Hitech City. Alekhya Crossandra offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK flat of 1015 sq.ft. The price at around 59 Lakh was acceptable. The 24x7 security and fire fighting system give me a lot of confidence. It's good to have a gymnasium within the premises for my workouts. The proximity to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is also a plus. The dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit annoying sometimes, but it’s usually cleared. The building has lifts and power backup, which are essential. The overall ambiance is quite pleasant.

We were looking for a place close to Hitech City and found Alekhya Crossandra. We bought a 2 BHK, 1015 sq.ft, for about 58 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Shilpa Layout, Kothaguda is quite central. We liked the children's play area and the carrom facility for weekend fun. The metro station is also just a short drive away. The only issue we've noticed is that the parking space might feel a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caBut for us, it's fine. The piped gas is a great convenience.

We chose Alekhya Crossandra primarily because of its location, which is close to schools like World One School, nearby, and also Hitech City. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1350 sq.ft for approximately 75 Lakh. It is ready to move, which made our transition easier. The project offea gymnasium and a children's play area, which my kids absolutely love. The piped gas connection is also very convenient for cooking. We also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system. The main challenge is the connectivity to the Nehru Outer Ring Road, which involves navigating through some narrower roads that can be congested during peak times. However, the amenities and the spaciousness of the flat compensate for this.

After looking at several projects, I decided on Alekhya Crossandra for its ready-to-move status. I purchased a 3 BHK flat which has a built-up area ranging from 1255 sq.ft to 1415 sq.ft. The price for my unit was around 75 Lakh, which felt reasonable considering the location and amenities. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the provision for power backup, which are important for peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. The only drawback is the lack of readily available information on OC received. However, the construction quality appeasolid.

We finalized our 2 BHK apartment at Alekhya Crossandra last month. The location in Kothaguda, North Hyderabad is quite convenient for accessing Hitech City. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 1015 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family. The price was within our budget, around 56 Lakh. I liked the idea of piped gas connection and the gymnasium. My only small concern is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen going towards Hitech City, but it is manageable. Overall, it seems like a good decision.
