Our kids can walk to school easily. The 2 BHK apartments are well-designed, though the built-up area of 1334 square feet felt a little compact for a growing family. We appreciated the children's play area and the swimming pool, which keeps the kids entertained. The building has good security features like video door security and 24x7 security. The only minor issue is the parking; it's closed car parking but can feel a bit tight for larger vehicles.
