We got a 2 BHK with a built-up area of about 915 sq.ft. It’s a significant upgrade from our rental flat. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex look nice. Having 24x7 security is also important for us. The proximity to St. Paul's International School, nearby, is a huge plus for our children. The price was slightly higher than we initially planned, falling around 28 Lakhs, but the space and amenities made it worth considering. The only downside is that the roads around Kalamassery can get quite busy during peak hou, leading to traffic jams.
