The fact that it is ready to move in means they can settle in immediately without any hassle. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration which has a built-up area of 1080 sq.ft, offering ample space for them. The price range of 28.2 L to 43.2 L is quite competitive for the size and location. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential features for ensuring their safety and comfort. The proximity to the highway is also good for accessibility. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

While the location is strategic, the immediate surroundings might experience some dust from the highway traffic. The absence of OC received information is a slight dampener for a purely investment-focused buyer like myself, but the proximity to Welcare Hospital is a positive aspect for the general appeal of the area.

We were looking for a place close to good schools for our kids and Alba I Square Apartment is perfect. MPM English Medium Higher Secondary School is literally a minute away, which is a huge relief. The apartment we looked at was a 2 BHK with built-up area around 898 sq.ft, which felt quite spacious for us. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for the evenings. Construction seems solid. My only concern is that Thammanam Junction is right there, so traffic can get a bit noisy during peak houOverall, the convenience for school and the space are the biggest plus points here. It is ready to move which is also great. The price range of 28.2 L to 43.2 L was within our budget.

The Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway is also nearby, making travel very easy. I purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1080 sq.ft. The price was around 43.2 L, which I felt was justified given the location and the ready-to-move status. The nearby hospital is a plus. The multipurpose room and sports area are good facilities for residents. While the location is fantastic for commuting, the immediate road access could be slightly better if you are coming from certain directions, requiring a small detour. Overall, the project by Alba Homes seems well-positioned for daily life.

The price for a 2 BHK was around 28.2 L, which felt reasonable for a ready property in this location. My only minor worry is the parking situation might be a bit tight, especially if more residents have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the maintenance seems okay so far and the common areas are kept clean. The hospital is very close by.
