We purchased a residential plot here mainly because of the proximity to schools. Zion International School is nearby, and Annai Arul Hospital is also nearby. Alankar Constructions Buildehave made sure there are internal roads and footpaths, which is good for kids. The plot sizes vary, we chose one around 1363 Sq.ft for our growing family. The price range from 35.41 Lakh to 66.11 Lakh was reasonable for this area in Chennai South. They also have a children's play area, which is a definite plus. The biggest concern is the lack of OC received information, and completion date is not available. This uncertainty is a bit worrying for us as a family.

We bought a 730 Sq.ft plot at Alankar Vridhi Plots. The price at 35.41 Lakh was very attractive for us as a young couple starting out. It's CMDA approved and allows G+2 floo, so we can build our dream home here later. The location in New Perungalathur is convenient, close to the Perungalathur Bypass. We can get to work relatively quickly. What we liked most was the children's play area, thinking ahead for the future. The only thing that slightly botheus is the traffic noise from the bypass, which is quite close. Power backup is also available, which is good. We are happy with our decision so far.

Decided to buy a plot at Alankar Vridhi Plots for my retirement plans. The location in Chennai South is developing nicely. I selected a plot of 1363 Sq.ft, which gives enough space. Alankar Constructions Buildeare offering plots that are ready to move, which is a big plus. The price for my plot was around 66.11 Lakh. Having 24X7 water supply is a must, and they provide that. Internal roads and footpaths are already done. The only small issue is the Airport Metro Station is a bit far, over nearby, so that might be inconvenient sometimes. But for daily living, Zion International School is nearby.

I was looking for a plot close to the city but still a bit peaceful. Alankar Vridhi Plots in New Perungalathur seemed like a good option. The plot sizes are decent, I got one of the 730 Sq.ft ones. It's CMDA approved which is important. The price was within my budget, around 35.41 Lakh. Construction of G+2 floois allowed here. Getting here is easy enough, it's only close to the Perungalathur Bypass. The main downside is that the area can get quite dusty during construction, which is expected I guess. Overall, it’s a good investment for the future.
