The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 security and lifts. Being ready to move in is a big relief for a fit-time buyer like myself. The location is developing, and it's not too far from SKS World School. I need to get used to the wider Greater Noida area, but it seems like a good deal.

It's located in Noida Extension, Sector 4, and we liked that it’s a ready-to-move-in project, completed in October 2016. The Vastu compliant design was a big factor for us. Getting here is okay, but the roads nearby can get a bit dusty during construction work in the surrounding areas. Overall, it's a good upgrade for our family.
