The price point of 46.16 Lakh was a bit stretched for our budget, but we liked the layout and the idea of owning our space. The proximity to schools like Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School, nearby, is a definite plus for us. The developer, Alankar Constructions Builde, has a history, which gave us some comfort. The main drawback we observed is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, which can be quite botheome during the day.
