We saw a 1 BHK villa with a carpet area of about 350 square feet. It felt spacious enough for us. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The location on R S No. 1027/p is decent, and it's nice to have Zen Schools nearby at nearby, though we don't have kids yet. The power backup is also a relief. The only thing is the parking space inside the villa premises is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.
