Akshyaa Buildehave made it ready to move, which was a priority. The location in Perambur, Kolathur is good, and we liked that Don Bosco school is nearby. The price of 82.8 Lakhs for the 3 BHK is a significant investment, but worth it for the space and amenities like power backup and lifts. The 24X7 water supply is also a great relief. The construction quality appeasolid, and we feel this is a good long-term home for us.
