The location in Thoraipakkam is decent, close to OMR and not too far from St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, about 6.5 kilometeaway. Akshaya Homes has a track record, which gave us confidence. The project is ready to move in, which worked well for our timeline. We were impressed by the gazebos and fountains which add to the ambiance. The price is a significant investment, starting around 1 Cr for a 3 BHK, but we see it as a long-term asset.
