We decided on Akshaya Lake View because it was ready to move and we needed a place quickly. Being an IT couple, the connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (2.0 KM) and SH 234 (2.0 KM) is very important for our commutes. It generally takes us about 30-a short distance reach our offices, which is acceptable for Chennai South. The area feels developing, and it’s good to have essential places like Sri Vishwa Vidyalaya Higher Secondary School nearby at nearby. The apartment is comfortable for two people, though storage space could be a bit better. We also noticed that during certain times, the road leading to the project can get quite dusty from ongoing construction nearby. Akshaya Developehas been responsive to our queries though.
