We selected Akshaya Kripa mainly for our children's education. The Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School is literally a minute away, which has significantly reduced our morning rush. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of about 1400 square feet, providing enough room for our two kids and us. The K K Nagar area in Chennai South is quite family-friendly. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was convenient. We appreciate the walking distance to the metro station too. However, the lack of readily available information on specific amenities offered by Akshaya Homes is a bit of a letdown, and we're still trying to figure out the exact maintenance charges. The roads around the immediate vicinity could also be better maintained.

We bought our fit home together at Akshaya Kripa. Being in the IT field, the proximity to the Ashok Nagar Metro Station, a short distance, was a major draw for our daily commutes. The fact that it was ready to move in meant we could start our life here immediately. Akshaya Homes built this project a while back, back in 2007, but the construction quality seems solid. The K K Nagar location is quite central. One minor drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we're hoping that will subside soon. It's a good start for us.
