Having a peonal plunge pool with each home is a unique feature, very appealing. It's also Vastu compliant, which is important to my family. The location is accessible via Old Mahabalipuram Road. My only worry is the drive to the hospital, SUPREME SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is over 6 kilometeaway. Hopefully the traffic isn't too bad during peak houGym and swimming pool are available, which is standard but good to have.

I was looking for a quiet place to settle down post-retirement. Akshaya Abov offered very large floor plates, the 5 BHK being over 10000 square feet, which is rare these days. The prices are on the higher side, around 5 Crore, but the built-up area justifies it. Having 24/7 water supply and a waiting lounge is convenient. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. However, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a concern. The proximity to GST Road and Bangalore Highway is good for connectivity, though. The gym looks well-equipped.

With large homes, most families will have multiple ca, and the parking area looks a bit congested. We are also a bit worried about the noise from the nearby Old Mahabalipuram Road.
