The carpet area is a good size, around 600 square feet. It’s ready to move, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The amenities like the club house and jogging track are a nice bonus for the family. Proximity to Podar International School, which is zero kilometeaway, is a huge advantage for my kids. Bharati Hospital is also not too far. The builder, Akshay Infrastructure, has a reputation we could trust.
