I bought a 2 BHK at Akshay Residency in Shaikpet, Shirdi Sai Nagar. Being ready to move was the main factor for me. It's close to Banjara Hills, where Rainbow Children's Hospital is located, which is about a 3-minute drive, offering peace of mind. The area has seen some development, and I think it's a good investment for the future. My only concern is the traffic congestion during peak houon the main road leading to Shaikpet, which can be frustrating. However, the metro station is accessible at nearby, which is a positive. The flat itself is practical for a single peon.
