We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Akshay Keshav Akshay for my parents who live in Nashik. The carpet area is quite good, ranging from 710 to 1012 square feet, giving them plenty of space. It is ready to move in, which was important since we didn't want them to wait long after the completion in July 2018. The location in Lekha Nagar seems convenient, with the hospital and school very close by. My father mentioned the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is also easily accessible. We are hoping the closed car parking will be sufficient for their needs. The landscaping looks nice in the pictures they sent.

The size is around 710 square feet carpet area, which feels adequate for me as a single peon. It's located in Lekha Nagar, and I liked that Rathachakra Chowk Bus Station is only a 4-minute walk away. It makes commuting easy. The project has amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which adds a nice touch. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon.
