I'm looking at a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 697 square feet. The price of 84.84 Lakh seems reasonable for the features and location. Having Bharati Hospital and Podar International School nearby is a big plus for essential services. The project is under construction and completion is set for July 2028. I do wish the Nal Stop Metro Station was closer than nearby, as public transport is important for me. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for downtime.
