I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Akshara Pristine for my parents who live in Bengaluru. The key factowere the ready-to-move status and the security features like 24x7 security and CCTV. My parents are elderly, so these aspects were very important. The location in Basapura, South Bangalore, is accessible and close to necessary facilities. The price point, around 36 Lakhs for a 992 sq.ft unit, was within my budget for this purpose. Akshara Developehave provided basic amenities like lifts and water supply. I am hoping the maintenance will be up to par.

My partner and I bought a 2 BHK here because it's quite close to Electronic City, where we both work. Commuting is manageable, a short distance the NICE ring road. We got a 1050 sq.ft flat for about 39 Lakhs. The Vastu compliant design was a plus point for us. The amenities like closed car parking and lifts are functional. However, the traffic on Basapura Main Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern. Also, the construction seems a bit old since it was completed in 2015, and we noticed some minor cracks in the bathroom. We are still settling in.

The location in South Bangalore is developing, and it's fairly close to Electronic City, although the commute can get busy. The main drawback we've noticed is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. The price was acceptable, but we hope the builder addresses the noise issue.

The location near Basapura Main Road is good, and it’s not too far from NICE ring road, which is useful for travel. The Vastu compliant design was a requirement for my family. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are reliable. While the project was completed a while back, the basic amenities are functional. One thing is the parking can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle.

The built-up area is quite spacious for our family. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us, and they work consistently. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is also a comfort. While the project was completed in 2015, the overall condition is well-maintained. The closed car parking is a definite advantage for us. The area is developing well.
