We were looking for a villa near a good school for our kids. AIM International School is only 2.5 kilometeaway, which is super convenient. Akshar Villa has a nice gymnasium and a swimming pool that the children are already excited about. The 720 square feet built-up area for the 2 BHK villa feels spacious enough for our family. The price was quite reasonable, starting at 15.41 Lakh. We liked the landscaping too. It feels like a good place to settle down. The Narol Highway is also close by, which is good for weekend trips. Overall, we are happy with the decision.

I particularly liked the Senior Citizen Siteout area for relaxing. Having 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that is met here. The jogging track is also a nice touch for daily walks. The built-up area of 720 square feet for the villa is comfortable. While the price of 15.41 Lakh onwards is what drew me in, I do wish there was a dedicated hospital within a closer distance than nearby. Sadguru Hospital is a bit far for emergencies.
