Our 2 BHK flat is 785 square feet and feels spacious enough for our family of three. The price range of 24.5 L to 26.5 L fit our budget well, and getting a ready to move flat meant we could shift quickly. Shree Developeincluded a children's play area and landscaping, which the kids love. The solid waste management system is also a good feature. My only reservation is that the car parking area seems a bit tight. We have one car, but if we had two, it might be a squeeze. Overall, the convenience for school drop-offs is a huge win.

The only drawback I noticed was the traffic can get a bit heavy on the main Kalali road during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the hospital is so close.
