We needed a larger place with good proximity to schools. Akshar Paradise Apartments is literally next to Akshar Public School, which is a huge plus for us. The 3 BHK configurations are spacious, ranging from 1300 to 1400 square feet, so there's enough room for the kids. Being on the Padra Road side of Atladara means it’s accessible. We looked at the landscaping and it’s quite green. The 24x7 water supply is also important for a family. The project was completed in 2012, so it's a known quantity. The price range is between 30 to 36.4 Lakh for the bigger flats, which is manageable. The only minor issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the Ring Road, but it's expected given the location.
