    We bought our fit home at Akshar Green. We were looking for a 2 BHK flat and found the 680 square feet size to be a good starting point. The location near Shreeji Residency on Sun Pharma Road in Atladara is excellent for us, as Vadodara railway station is surprisingly close, making weekend trips easy. We liked the Ultra Modern Amenities mentioned, especially the children's play area for future family plans and the gymnasium. The price range of 31 to 42 lakhs seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Vadodara. Akshar Group has a decent reputation. One thing we noticed is that the construction dust is still around from ongoing work within the complex, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The swimming pool looks inviting.

The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions that we plan to use regularly. Parking is enclosed which is good. Overall, the project seems well-maintained by Akshar Group. The price was within our budget, around 35 lakhs for our unit. My only slight concern is the traffic on Sun Pharma Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
