The price was around 35 Lakhs then, which felt fair for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Akshar Group, seems to have decent experience. Amenities like the children's play area and landscaping are well-maintained. The high-speed elevatoare efficient. One thing that botheme sometimes is the water pressure on higher floo, it tends to dip during peak usage times, especially in summer. Also, the sensor-operated doo, while innovative, sometimes malfunction. It’s a good project, but not without its small quirks.

The sensor-operated dooand lifts are a modern touch. The price range of 24.46 Lakh to 55.11 Lakh was within our reach. The only slight issue is the parking can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But generally, we are happy with our purchase.
