    We just booked our fit home here at Akshar Akshardwar Apartment. The 2 BHK size around 595 square feet carpet area seemed perfect for us starting out. They mentioned it's under construction and expected completion is December 2027, which gives us enough time to plan. The location in Zanzarda, Vishnu Colony is relatively quiet which we liked. I saw they have a swimming pool and rain water harvesting, which are good features to have. Parking is closed car parking, so that's a relief. The developer Akshar Icon seems to be building quite a few projects, so hopefully, they have experience.
