The price was around 7.5 Lakh, which fit my budget perfectly. The location in Hasampura, Nainghpura is quite developing. It's close to Ajmer Road and Sanganer Road, making travel easier. The builder, AKG Affordable Housing, seems decent. They included a lift and rainwater harvesting, which are good amenities. My only small worry is the construction dust from nearby sites, but hopefully, that settles down soon. Overall, it feels like a good start.
