We chose AKD because of its proximity to Jayshree Periwal High School, where my sister teaches. The project by AKD DevelopePrivate Limited is under construction and supposed to be ready by October 2026. We liked the plans for rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, showing they are thinking about sustainability. The dust from ongoing construction nearby is a bit of a nuisance currently, but we are told it will settle down once work is complete. We are looking forward to moving in.
