Buying a plot here at Akash Vihar was a decision made keeping our children's future in mind. The proximity to The AchieveSchool, a short distance, is fantastic. MIDAS HOSPITAL is also very close, only a 6-minute drive, which provides excellent peace of mind. We are looking at the larger plots, around 14703 Sq.ft, to build a spacious home for our growing family. The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and internal roads, which are crucial for daily living. The rainwater harvesting system is also a good initiative for Nagpur's climate. The only minor issue is that the access road to the plots could be a bit wider, especially during peak houwhen traffic on Wardha Road gets heavy. But generally, it feels like a safe and developing neighbourhood.
