It's incredibly convenient with Gopalan National School just 0 kilometeaway, making the morning commute for our kids a breeze. Rainbow Children's Hospitals is also right next door, which is a significant comfort. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, with sizes ranging from 1507 square feet to 1624 square feet, offering ample room for our growing family. The project being ready to move in was essential for us. The developer, Akash Homes, has built a solid structure. One thing to note is that the main road access can be a little congested during peak hou, but that’s typical for Marathahalli.

The only drawback we've noticed is the dust from the ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that is temporary.
