  We just moved into our 2 BHK at Akar Excelsior and it feels quite spacious. The built-up area is 1037 sq.ft which gives us enough room. We liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait after booking. The project is located in Mulgao, South Goa, which is a peaceful area. We've used the swimming pool a few times already and it's well-maintained. The gymnasium is also decent, though sometimes it gets crowded in the evenings. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Goa, especially for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Akar Realty, seems to have good amenities like a children's play area which our niece enjoyed.

The location in Mulgao, South Goa is relatively quiet, but still accessible. My only slight worry is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that will settle down soon.
