The project has many family-friendly amenities such as a kid's pool and a play area, which my children are very excited about. The community hall is also a good space for gatherings. The price was around 70.56 Lakh, which felt justifiable for the location and the features offered. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was November 2022. While the green landscaping is expansive, the immediate surroundings still have some construction debris, which is a bit unsightly. We are hoping the developer cleans it up soon. The developer, Ajnara India Ltd., has provided a decent range of amenities like a landscape garden and a skating rink, which are quite unique. It's ready to move in, so no waiting period. The price is on the higher side, touching 78.45 Lakh for the larger configuration, but the build quality seems solid. I also appreciate the 24x7 security system. My primary concern is the connectivity to the main Noida secto; the Sector 59 Noida Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit of a distance. However, the wide roads planned for the area are promising.
