Is a known developer, and the project's completion date in March 2003 means it's a ready-to-move property. The area has seen some development, and I bought it when prices were around 1.2 Crore. The proximity to Dilshad Garden Metro Station, nearby, is a significant plus for connectivity. My only concern is the lack of readily available OC details, which can sometimes be an issue for resale. But overall, it's a decent investment.

Completed the project in March 2003, and it's ready to move in, which was essential for us. The price point around 1.3 Crore was manageable with our savings and a home loan. The complex has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which we plan to use often. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon.

Seems solid, and we appreciate the 24x7 water supply and security. The price we paid was around 56 Lakh, which felt reasonable at the time. However, the traffic getting out of Surya Nagar during peak houcan be quite frustrating.

Is located in Surya Nagar, which offedecent connectivity. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The price for this unit was around 2.18 Crore, which is on the higher side, but the space justifies it. The availability of a club house and jogging track is a bonus. A small point of concern is the parking; while available, it can get a bit congested during evenings when many residents return home.
