Apollo Hospital is also right next door, which gives extra peace of mind. The 2 BHK flats range from 550 to 640 square feet carpet area, so we have some options to choose from. We looked at the 550 sq.ft one and it felt spacious enough for our family. The project is gated and has 24x7 security and CCTV, which is important with kids. The price for a 2 BHK starts around 38 Lakhs. My only worry is the dust and traffic on Barwaritala Road, especially during peak houConstruction is expected to finish in October 2028.
