My children attend Dolphins International School, which is only a 2-minute drive away, and Life Care Hospital is also extremely close, just a minute away. This convenience was a major factor for us. The plot size of 900 square feet is enough for us to build a modest home. The price point of 3.49 Lakh onwards was very affordable, fitting our budget. Being ready to move since August 2018 is also helpful. The only issue we’ve encountered is the dust on Garudwasi Road, especially during dry weather, which is common in this part of Jaipur.
