This is my fit flat purchase. I chose Ajay Rajshree because it is ready to move and I wanted to see the actual flat before buying. The location near the temple on Gabbar Road is quite nice and feels safe. It’s very convenient with the Ambaji Bus Station just a minute away and Carmel English High School a short distance from the building. The apartment feels good, and the building looks well-maintained so far. My only concern is the road leading to the property; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak hou, making access slightly tricky sometimes. But Ajay Developeseem to be a reliable company. Overall, I am happy with my decision.
