We chose Ajantha Grands primarily because of its proximity to VSS International Public School. It’s very close, which saves us a lot of morning hassle. The 3 BHK configuration is spacious enough for our growing family. We were also pleased to know that the Occupation Certificate has been received, making the move-in process smooth. The location in RR Nagar is developing well, and it’s close to ATREUM SPECIALITY HOSPITAL RR Nagar too. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has delivered a ready-to-move project. We are looking forward to settling in here.

It is ready to move in, and the OC has been provided by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper. This means I can settle down without waiting. The proximity to ATREUM SPECIALITY HOSPITAL RR Nagar is also a significant comfort. My only concern is the distance to the Jnanabharathi Metro Station, which is nearby, making public transport a bit less convenient for longer journeys. Still, it's a good place for a quiet life.

I recently purchased a 3 BHK at Ajantha Grands in Kenchenhalli, Bangalore. The fact that it's ready to move was a huge draw for me, as I needed to relocate quickly for my job. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has provided the OC, which is excellent. The proximity to VSS International Public School is also a good sign for the neighborhood’s development. However, the Jnanabharathi Metro Station is quite far at nearby, which is a drawback for me as I prefer using the metro. Parking also seems a bit tight, which could be an issue.
