We are upgrading from our rental place and AJ Suite 16 looked promising. We are considering a 3 BHK, which is 1452 sq.ft built up. The fact that it's ready to move is a major advantage for us. The location in Pallikarnai is decent, close to the Velachery Tambaram Rd. Having power backup is essential for us since we both work and don't want to be in the dark. The developer, AJ and Co, has included video door security which adds a nice touch. The only thing we are still thinking about is the parking situation, it seems a bit compact.
