We moved into Aisshwarya Serenity about six months ago and it's been good for the family. The Children's Play Area is a big hit with my kids, and the layout of our 2 BHK flat, which is around 1180 Sq.ft, feels quite spacious. Having Gopalan National School nearby was a major factor for us. The only real downside is the traffic getting onto Varthur Road, especially during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The swimming pool is usually clean and well-maintained, which is a plus. Overall, it's a decent place for families looking for a home in this part of Bangalore.
