Living alone, safety and convenience are my top priorities. Aishwarya Swathi being ready to move was perfect for me. The location in Kattupakkam, Chennai West, is good, and it's very close to Apollo Hospitals, which gives me peace of mind. The Aishwarya Promotesales team was professional. My main worry is the parking space; it seems a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle or if guests visit often. Apart from that, the flat itself is functional and the area is developing nicely. It feels like a secure environment for a single woman. I am looking forward to settling in.

We were looking for a place close to Sri Krish International School for our children and Aishwarya Swathi is literally nearby. That was the main reason we chose this project by Aishwarya PromoteIt is ready to move which meant we could shift quickly. The living space seems adequate for our family of four. However, the road leading to the main street can get a bit congested during school drop-off and pick-up times, which is a slight concern. Overall, the proximity to the school and the hospital is unbeatable. We are hoping the traffic situation improves over time or we will have to adjust our timings.

The location in Kattupakkam is decent, and it's very close to Sri Krish International School, which is convenient for us. Aishwarya Promotehas built a solid structure, from what we can see. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected from our rental, but they are manageable. The main issue we are facing is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which affects the balcony cleanliness. We are hoping this settles down soon. The hospital nearby is also a good facility to have.
