The project is still under construction and is expected to be ready by January 2025. One thing that bothered me a bit was the noise from nearby construction sites, which is expected but still noticeable. I hope the finishing is done well and the area becomes quieter once construction is complete. The flat layout seems practical for a single peon.

  This is my fit time buying a home. I looked at Aishwarya Madhav Meadows in Ghatkesar. The 2 BHK flats are between 665 and 826 square feet built up area. That seems like a good size for us. It is still under construction and expected to finish in January 2025. The location is close to Delhi Public School which is very convenient for future needs.
