    Moving to Aishwarya Heights was a big decision for our family. We purchased a 3 BHK builder floor which has a built-up area of 1406 square feet. The biggest draw was the proximity to ST. JOSEPH'S CONVENT SCHOOL, which is literally nearby. JSS Hospital is also right next door. This makes life so much easier for us. The project by Aishwarya Constructions And Enterprises is under construction and completion is slated for June 2025. We were a bit concerned about the traffic noise from Shivpur Bypass road which is quite close, but the low-density housing aspect might help. The price for the 3 BHK is around 70.3 Lakh, which felt a little steep but justifiable given the location and amenities.
