The location in Munnekollal is accessible, and it's good to know that schools and malls are within close vicinity. The presence of a gymnasium and a swimming pool means my parents can stay active. The price for this unit was approximately 65 L. While the developer has delivered, I’ve heard from neighbothat the maintenance charges are a bit on the higher side, which is something my parents will have to manage. Still, the overall quality and location make it a good choice for elderly living.
