I chose the 2 BHK unit with 460.05 square feet of carpet area. The rooms are functional and receive good sunlight during the day. However, I find the traffic on Kachigam Road to be quite loud during peak morning houIt is manageable if you keep the windows closed, but it is a minor nuisance.
