The location is convenient for us, although traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houheading towards the main IT hubs. The flat size is 550 square feet built up, which is comfortable for us as a couple. It was ready to move in when we purchased it, around April 2019 completion, so we shifted quickly. The price of 29.99 Lakh was acceptable for us. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The lifts are working fine. We are still exploring all the nearby facilities, but it seems to be a good residential area.
