Advance India Projects Limited has delivered a ready-to-move project here, which was completed back in 2013. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. There's also good power backup, which is essential for my home office. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's temporary. Overall, it offegood value.
