The size of the 3 BHK flats range from 1450 Sq.ft to 1750 Sq.ft, so they have plenty of space. The Aims Group project is also Vaastu friendly, which was important to them. They appreciate the 24x7 security and the concierge service for any small needs. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and convenient location.
